Hello friends! I’m here today joining in on all the fun for Simon Says Stamp’s 15th STAMPtember celebration. If you’re not familiar with this annual event you are in for a real treat. The entire month is a collaboration of exclusive sets from all your favorite crafty and stamping companies. It’s really one of the funnest celebrations for all things crafty. Artists all over the world are working with these exclusive stamps, so believe me when I tell you there will be inspiration galore for whatever you love in your creative style.

Now on to some inspiration with one of the Simon Says Stamp Exclusive stamp sets!
,I was so excited to work with the new stamp set called, Just Because Background. What I love about this stamp set is that you can use it as a background for which it is intended but you can also stamp the entire image and then cut out whatever sentiment you need for your card. It’s like you’re getting two stamps for the price of one and who doesn’t love that?

As you can see, I used the Just Because background stamp as a background and as the sentiment for my card. I created a Distress Ink colored card panel and then stamped the image onto the inked panel with Distress Picket Fence Ink. I sprinkled the stamped image with white embossing powder, heated it with a heat tool to set the powder and added a beautiful flower with a couple of oval backgrounds to make the flower stand out.
