Tim Holtz New Alcohol Pearl Inks & Alloy

Hi friends! Today I’m here to introduce you to the new Tim Holtz Ranger Alcohol Pearl Inks and a new Rose Alloy Ink. These colors are fabulous and work so well together whether you stick to the set they come in or mix the two sets up together. The alloy ink is a beautiful Rose color and its effects are amazing. Come along with me and see the three panels I made with the new alcohol inks and see what I created out of each of the panels. Enjoy!

This panel was created using Opulent, Divine and the Rose Alloy. I chose these colors because they were my favorite out of the whole collection and I wanted to see what they would do when featured together. I love how the Rose alloy creates such a magnificent shimmer and with the beautiful blues and purples of Opulent and Divine. I think they are gorgeous together.

I created a non-traditional Valentine’s Day card out of this panel and I love how it turned out. The background is simply dreamy.

For the second panel I used Scorch, Intense, Radiant and the Rose Alloy. I love the firey combination these colors create and the Rose alloy helped tone down the brightness of some of the colors.

There were parts of this panel that I really loved so I decided to cut out what I loved and used those parts to create these two cards. Never throw away a alcohol ink panel you’ve created because somewhere in that panel is a hidden gem. Turn it and look at it from different angles and you will find something beautiful.

This panel was created using almost all of the colors in both of the two new sets. I used Divine, Radiant, Intense, Scorch and Elixir. I did not use the Rose alloy on this panel.

Again, I cut out the part of the panel that I liked best and created this industrial themed card. Using stamps over alcohol ink panels with plain Distress Archival Black Soot ink is one of my favorite things to create. I mean, what could be simpler, right?

I hope you enjoyed seeing the cards I created using the new alcohol pearl inks from Tim Holtz and that you give these inks a try. They really are fun and so simple to work with. Have a great day and thanks so much for stopping by and sticking with me to the end.
